• Recent success with new developer for the plans to develop the former International hotel.The site has been acquired by investors advised by Pritchard Stockbrokers, Plans to redevelop the former International Hotel as a fully managed workspace to include -   Illuminating the 11-storey tower,- Student flats and family apartments, Re-opening the shopping space on the ground floor and basement,  Cafes, bars and restaurants, Public leisure facilities including a gym and play area.
