VISION2020 Leicester - Ideas for the future

Vision2020 is planned to run until the year 2020, when we will revisit the Wishlist created in October 2010.

This is a collaborative project and we anticipate that over the years many different organisations and individuals will attempt to fulfil items on the Wishlist. This Archive is a growing record of that work.
